		<description>Augusta Expo is located in Fishersville, Virginia on approximately 200 acres of land, just off I-64 and only 4 miles from I-81.  Expo has a total of 60,000 sq. ft. of floor space available for various events.  39,600 sq. ft. of this space is under one roof, can be broken into three sections, and is fully air conditioned.</description>

		<title>Expo Hall - Main Facility</title>
		<description>The Main Hall is 120 ft. by 180 ft. or 21,600 sq. ft.  It is fully air conditioned and can be rented as an individual unit or with 2 other opening units (Beam Annex and New Addition) totaling 39,600 sq. ft.  It has capacity for seating up to 3200 people and has an open stage.  The hall can be equipped with tables and chairs or it can be used for expositions.  It has ground floor access through Bay Doors and has electrical drops available.</description>

		<title>Additional Ground Facilities</title>
		<description>Located in an Amphitheater-Bowl setting is a 300 ft. pulling track for Tractor Pulls, Monster Truck Shows, Concerts, Rodeos and more.    There are barns totaling 555 sq. ft. suitable for displays, Livestock Exhibitions and other.  One barn is 40 ft. by 135 ft., one is 40 ft. by 60 ft., and another is 60 ft. by 100 ft.    There is a Horse Show Ring available on the facility.    Ample parking is available for all events at the Augusta Expo Facility.    Some RV Electrical hookups are available for rent.</description>
